At Jay Junction, we want you to love your sneakers. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in their original box, with all tags still attached.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for a different size, subject to stock availability.
• Please contact us before sending any items back so we can confirm availability.

Sale Items

• No returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
